The sites
Nine places to work, each with its own jobs, crew and traffic. Every job comes with a lift plan and ends with a sign-off.

Wind farm
Cold Spring Ridge
A whole turbine, from the base section to the third blade, at a 110 m hub height. The LTM 1750 builds the tower; the LR 1700 sets the nacelle.

High-rise, downtown
Meridian Tower
A 38-storey tower going up. Day one, the LTM 1230 erects the tower crane off the trucks; after that you work from its cab 80 m up.

Highway bridge
Mill Road Overpass
30 t precast girders onto their bearings, with the interstate still running underneath. Also at night.

Quay and basement dig
Harbourside
Pile driving with the LR 1300: pitch, gate, hammer, splice, cut off. Sheet piles on the vibro, barge lifts and a dig to fill.

Refinery
Bayport Refinery
Exchangers and pumps between the pipe racks, a crew basket, and a 48 m column stood up with a tailing crane.

Steel erection
Water Street
A warehouse frame picked straight off the trucks, then the roof, then the building next door, starting with its slab.

Cell site
Tanner Knob
A 48 m lattice tower in sixteen picks, then the antenna platform and the dish, on a wooded hilltop.

Town site
Riverside
Rooftop units, containers, steel and precast on a busy town block, where most careers start.

Dismantle, downtown
Kellerman Tower
A flat-top tower crane comes down off a twelve-storey building, piece by piece, onto a closed avenue.
After dark
Some jobs only happen at night, when the road below can be narrowed. Work lights, the beacons on the crane and the traffic still running underneath. This is in real time.
Coming soon
Work in progressA river crossing
Bridge beams over a river, with two cranes on each beam.
Work in progressA ski resort
A switchback road up a snowy mountain, and chairlift towers at the top.
